Crockpot chicken fajitas

I LOVE Mexican food which is why if you read my neccessary food list, you'll see there is Stacey's Organic Tortillas on there.  We eat it at least twice a week, sometimes more.  This recipe is one that I didn't have to clean up when I started eating clean with the exception of the tortillas.  It's delicious, easy, and great for making in large batches either for when you have company over or when you just want leftovers.

Ingredients

4-6 Chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts, frozen or partially thawed.
1 jar of clean or homemade salsa.
Fajita seasoning:
   1 Tablespoon Cumin
   1 Tablespoon Coarse ground pepper
   1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
   1/2 Tablespoon chili powder
   1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Place chicken breasts whole in bottom of a large crockpot.  Stir fajita seasoning into salsa and pour on top of chicken breasts.  Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

When done, shred chicken and serve on Stacey's Organic Tortillas with lettuce and freshly grated cheddar cheese. Serves 8.

This recipe can easily be cut in half or doubled.
